Dobrinka Spiridonova is a Technical Secretary of the University Youth Knowledge Management Academy (UnYKA) and Chief Expert to the Rector's Office at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (SULSIT) – Sofia, Bulgaria, since 2006. She has an Engineering Degree in Heat and Nuclear Power Energetics from the Faculty of Power Engineering and Power Machines at the Technical University of Sofia. Also, Mrs Spiridonova has academic degrees as a qualified business secretary (Technical University of Sofia), a specialist in Corporate Accountancy (Institute for State and Business Management - Sofia), and a 14 years of professional experience at the Institute of Sociology to the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and as a Sociologist and Secretary of the ‘Sociology of Organizations and Politics’ Department. She had also worked as a engineer, technical designer and constructor in the Heat and Gasification Division of NITI "Energoproekt”.
She has graduated from the Faculty of Power Engineering and Nuclear Engineering (Faculty of Power Engineering at the Technical University - Sofia, a qualified Business Secretary at the Technical University of Sofia), a specialist in Corporate Accountancy (Institute for State and Business Management - Sofia). Experience at the Institute of Sociology - Bulgarian Academy of Sciences as a sociologist and secretary of the Department of Sociology of Organizations and Politics, worked as a designer in the Heat and Gasification Division of NTITI "Energoproekt",
Mrs Spiridonova has an extensive experience in administration, organization and management of document registry and document flow, project administration, preparation, storage and processing of project documentation, scientific team support and coordination, participation in the organization and implementation of all projects activities. She has been a part of the scientific team of the following projects: ТК 01/0067 „The Modern City and the Preservation of the National Identity ” DO 02 – 151/16.12.2008 (Annex № 1/ 2011-06-21 & Annex № 2/ 18.07.2012 ), funded by the Bulgarian Science Fund; Contract № NAG-1201/ 10.09.2013 between Sofia Municipality and SULSIT ‘Exploration of conditions and assignment for of a detailed development plan, comprising the SRP of Boyana Church, as well as the adjoining properties’; Contract № NAG-1346-31.07.2015 ‘Study of French and European experience in renovation of historical quarters and comparison with the existing situation in the Historical Center of Sofia’ between Sofia Municipality and SULSIT; Contract № NAG-1368/ 07.12.2015 ‘Public Opinion Survey on the Preservation and Renovation of the Historical Centre of Sofia.
