Dr. Desislava Stoeva is a lecturer in the Department of National Security at Unibit. She has a PhD in the subject of "Critical Electronic Infrastructure Cyber Security Concepts and Policies". Master in the Academy of the Ministry of Interior with a scientific theme: "Energy security as an aspect of the national security strategy".
Reads lectures on Civil Security in the Security Sector. So far, there have been over 20 publications on topics related to critical infrastructure protection, energy security, the role of women in the armed forces and the power of soft diplomacy. In 2016, she completed a diplomacy course at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. That same year she went through "Energy Security" training at the same institution.
