Milena Bankovska graduated high school in 2011 at 1 "Pencho P. Slaveikov" secondary school in the city of Sofia with profiled study of "Drawing and Spanish" as she knows English as well. In 2016 obtained a bachelor's degree in "Pedagogy of Fine Art Education" at SU "St. Kliment Ohridski". She continues her education at SU as in 2017 receiving a Master's degree in "Educational Management".
In 2020 obtained a master's degree at NBU - "Poster and communicative design", and from 2021 is also a Master in "Digital Marketing and Web Design" at UniBIT.
Milena Bankovska is an assistant in the Department of Information Systems and Technologies at the University of Library Science and Information Technologies. She provides classes on the disciplines "Fundamentals of web programming" and "Graphic design systems" in the bachelor's majors in professional direction 4.6. "Informatics and computer science at UniBIT".
Since October 2022, she is enrolled as a full-time doctoral student in the professional field: 4.6 "Informatics and Computer Sciences", doctoral program: "Information Systems and Technologies, Informatics and Computer Sciences", at the Institute for Scientific Research and Training of Doctoral Students of UniBIT, as her thesis explores the visual design of web-based online Learning environments and their impact on learners.
